“CEMACH” Elevating type De-burring & De-dusting Machine has three main function: De-dusting of tablets, cleaning of tablets through compressed air and movement of tablets upward. The machine can be equipped with Tablet Press, not only for fine De-dusting of tablets, but also for upward movement of the tablets with auto removing dust.

FEATURES

• This works on the principle of vibration, which causes elevating type movement of the Tablets.
• All Contact Parts are made of highly mirror polished S.S.316.
• All seals in powder contact are supplied in food grade nontoxic white rubber or white silicon rubber.
• The stand is made from stainless steel whose height is adjustable for charging height (discharge from tableting machine) from 700 to 850 mm..
